I'm Michelle. I am starting a weight loss journey log. I have been overweight most of my life starting as a toddler. I've lost & gain weight more times than I can count. My health is slowly deteriorating, so I need to loose the weight for good this time. My kids Tyler(10) & Shelbie(5) need their mommy, so I'm not only doing this for me, but for them too. Oh, and my best friend & hubby of 12 years, Mike :)
I weigh right now 217lbs. My goal is to loose a good 75 lbs. I also want to be more active & healthy. I will use this website as a personal journal of mine.






I'm wondering what to have for dinner? My last night I'm allowing myself to splurg. Well, I'm sure I will do that lots more, but I will try my hardest to get right back on!! Hmmmmm maybe tbell. That's always a favorite of mine :)
