Well, it's Dec 8th today(& I took this pic today).  I've made it through the holiday season so far.....ok.lol   I did splurge on thanksgiving weekend, but got right back to it on monday! That was hard!  I'm not sure the low carb thing is working as well as I thought.  I do get to eat a lot, but the weight just wont come off!  Eating all the protein does seem to keep me fuller than carbs though & I don't crave the carbs.  I got down to 191 last week, but ate lots of cheese this week...so I think I'm back to 195.

I am planning on keeping with the low carb diet.....but also count calories b/c I know if I continue to eat to much, I just wont loose it!  My goal is still 157 by my birthday, MAY 5.  I'm confident in myself that I  WILL get there :) 

My family on Thanksgiving :) SO much to be thankful for!!! 

 I am very proud of myself for staying under 200......which I will NEVER get to again! YAY  :)

I think I'll try to get b/w 1200 & 1400 cals a day and see how I do at that :)

~ Today is the 10th & I did great yesturday with my cal counting!  I stuck with 1250 calories.  I went on a nice and long walk today.... crisp air and sunshine is the best!  I weighed in this morning at 191 so YAY for me :)  I am officially in a size 10 whoop whoop!  I'd love to be in the 180's by Christmas and.....185 by New Year's! 

 

Here is a picture of the omlete's I've been making. I use 1 egg, 3 white, mushrooms, oninos, turkey bacon, 1/4 cup cheese, spinach & topped with salsa.....all for 300 cals! VERY Yummmy!
