Today is January 1st 2009!  I did ok last night....but not so good today! I'll get back to it pronto tomorrow!!!  I weighed in at 189 yesterday morning.  I"m sure I gained a bit today...but I'll get it off :)  I plan on keeping up this good work on my weight loss.  I WILL DO THIS!! I'm just gonna keep counting cal's & watching my carb intake.
