I FINALLY GET IT!!!!! After doing TONS of research...and ingnoring it,lol....I finally understand that you need to eat more to lose weight! I have been "dieting", restricting my calories so much all these years that I was starving my body. That in return would cause me to get REALLY hungry and binge! Ive always thought that 1200 cals wasnt starving myself...but according to my BMR I need a MIN of 1659 cals just to keep my organs functioning at their best! SOooo the last few weeks, Ive set my daily cals at 1700 AND I eat ALL my excersize calories! I am SOOOO happy & excited! I lOVE the idea of eating,lol. I am down to 191 this moring. I understand that I might lose slower...but this is a lifestyle now, so I am having patience ;) So no more quick weight loss goals, or cal restriction....just gonna strive to be healthy & maintain it forever =)
Ive also turned to strength training! Muscle after all burns fat!LOL I want to have lots of muscle, hehe.
OK, and for the kiddos....Tyler has made the Tulare County Jr. Symphony!!!! I am SOOOO proud of him!!!! =)))) He is doing amazing with his music...I can see a professional Jazz musician in the making ;)
Little Miss Shelbie is continuing to do well with school and loving all her little girlfirends =) She LOVES to come with me to cheer practice & games.....she gets right out there with them and cheers!LOL
